Toronto got a strong outing from Strider as the Pathfinders defeated the Death Valley Scorpions, 4-2, at The Lodge. "Fire" Aaron Boone recorded his 1st save for Toronto. Death Valley is now 7-2.

Strider gave Toronto a solid start. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 7 innings.

After the game, Toronto manager applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
