Sloths Bridle Scorpions, 3-2
|
Getting an impressive start from Johnny Tatum, San Antonio beat Death Valley by the score of 3-2. Cybernetically Enhanced RoboDibble earned the save for San Antonio, his 1st of the year. The Sloths raised their record to 6-3.
San Antonio used a well-timed hit by Malcolm Kell to capture the win. The shortstop socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Sloths ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.
"We'll take some time to unwind," said Kell, "and then get after it again."
