The Power House was the site for Legends Conference action featuring the Indianapolis Apex and Buffalo Surge.

Brigham Irons was outstanding against Indianapolis. The right-hander, who finished 3rd in the Legends in strikeouts with 193 in 2071, had a circle change that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Surge 4-0 win. With the win, Buffalo upped its record to 35-28.

Irons made it look effortless. He scattered 3 hits over 7.2 innings, while racking up 9 strikeouts. The Buffalo right-hander encountered little resistance from the Indianapolis hitters. His season record is now 7-8.

"Brigham was pretty good at keeping their guys off-balance," said Buffalo manager .
