The Boise Raptors could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Juicy Jumbo into a win. Instead, the Vancouver Vandals prevailed, 7-5. Jumbo threw 5.2 innings of 3-hit ball. Vancouver reliever Alejandro Abasi, who is tied for 8th in the Legends in saves with 6, was credited with the win. His record goes to 8-1. Thunder Miller took the loss for Boise. Boise has now lost 4 in a row.

Vancouver went up, 7-5, on Akshay Hrishikesh's 10th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Hrishikesh hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Boise pitcher Thunder Miller shaking his head.

"We're in a little funk right now and we've just got to get ourselves out of it," said Boise manager .
