Detroit Demons starter Aria Bluesky found his groove in his team's 4-2 win over the Death Valley Scorpions. Picking up the save was Thorne Belfour, his 9th. The Demons improved to a lofty 47-20.

Alpha Nerd had a big 2-run home run for the Demons in the top of the third inning. With Detroit leading 2-1 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a fastball from Deviver Votto, who is tied for 10th in the Champions with a 1.20 WHIP, and punished it. The result was his 15th home run of the season, which put the Demons on top, 4-1.
