The Detroit Demons locked up a win at Cari Price Memorial Stadium, knocking off the Death Valley Scorpions, 9-5. On the mound for Detroit was right-hander Aria Bluesky. He played a major role in the triumph. Bluesky got the win, improving to 10-4. He gave up 6 hits and walked 2 over 6.1 innings. He allowed 3 runs. In the top of the first, Revan Shan ambushed a 1-2 curveball from Always A. Bummus and hit a solo home run. It gave Detroit a quick 1-0 lead.
