Sloths Get Past Buffalo for 2-1 Win
|
The San Antonio Sloths got a stellar performance from pitcher Mike Boss III, who handcuffed the Buffalo offense en route to a win, 2-1, at The Treehouse. San Antonio raised its record to 30-25 with the win.
Rob Littleton was the walk-off hero for San Antonio. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sloths right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Littleton said after the game.
