Rougarous Pocket 11-9 Win Against Seattle
The New Orleans Rougarous launched their 2080 campaign with a victory over the Seattle Sea Serpents at Full Moon Stadium. New Orleans designated hitter Bobs Bigboy was instrumental in the 11-9 win. He went 4-5 with 4 singles, while scoring 3 runs. Takeda Takahashi picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Massive Unit, who is rated as the 6th best prospect by BNN, was tagged with the loss.

Curtis Jones hit a run-scoring double off Kip Treadwell in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Rougarous in front, 10-9. In addition to the double, Jones had 1 single, while going 2 for 5.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Bigboy said.
