The home crowd had a good time watching the Death Valley Scorpions and Providence Crabs get after it.

Migs Mayfeld made an impact in the 5-3 Providence win over Death Valley. Mayfeld was 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Providence is now 40-35, Death Valley 47-28.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With no one out, Mayfeld hit a cutter from Bandit Keith for a 2-run home run. The Crabs, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
