The Providence Crabs overcame a fine performance by New Orleans designated hitter De'Aaron Taylor to defeat the Rougarous, 9-7, at The Pot. Taylor was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Crabstin d'Potson earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. His record is now 1-6. Alessio converted his 5th save in 8 tries.
