Tight Tilt Goes to Flamingos, 2-1

Florida Flamingos starter Stu Macher was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Kansas City Hepcats, 2-1. Matt Kumtowski got the save, the 12th for him this season. With the win, Florida pushed its record to 24-18.
Spinosaurus Bill was 1 for 3 for Florida. The slick-fielding shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Randy Colón. It was his 30th RBI of the season.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Bill told the Florida News.
