Hepcats Slap 3-1 Loss on Florida
|
The Kansas City Hepcats reigned over the Florida Flamingos in damp conditions.

In the bottom of the sixth, Joe Kirkland delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and the bases loaded, the Kansas City designated hitter hit a 2-run single, putting the Hepcats in front, 3-1.
"I like what I saw today," said Kansas City manager , "and I can't wait to get back out there and do it again."
