The Brew City Bears topped the Florida Flamingos by a score of 8-5. Leading the way was right fielder Patrick Eshenbaugh. Eshenbaugh was 2 for 4 with a double and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Bears. The Bears move to 27-19 with the win, while the Flamingos drop to 26-20.

With Brew City leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Eshenbaugh hit a 2-run single off Florida hurler Stu Macher. It was the 66th hit of the season for Eshenbaugh and put his team ahead, 3-0.
