The Kansas City Hepcats stymied the Puerto Rico Ranas, 6-0, at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium. Robin Quincy had a good day at the plate. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for Kansas City. At 16-31, the Hepcats find themselves in last place in the West Division.
With Kansas City leading 3-0 in the top of the fourth, Quincy hit a sinker from Ribbit Ribbit for a 2-run home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Hepcats ahead, 5-0.
