Victors Again, Louisville Win Streak at 9
The Louisville Lemurs picked up a win at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House, knocking off the Brew City Bears, 6-2. Starting pitcher Matthew Huggins played a key role in the triumph. With the win, Louisville raised its record to 25-23.

Louisville designated hitter Cloud Strife contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the first. With two down, he hit a splitter to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 45th hit of the season and put the Lemurs ahead, 2-0.

"I just tried to focus on getting that first guy out every inning," said Huggins.
