Wheelers 4-1 Winners Over Florida
The Anchorage Wheelers defeated the Florida Flamingos, 4-1, in Minor League PBE action at Florida Man Park. Anchorage pitcher Jiggs Kingman had a standout performance. Dahmir Lucas earned the save, his 2nd, for the Wheelers. Anchorage is now 28-22. Florida is 31-19.

Anchorage used the hitting of Stetson Laramie to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Wheelers on top, 4-1. For the game, Laramie had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Wheelers manager , "I like our chances."
