Swift Steeds Suffer 6-1 Loss to Wheelers
Anchorage Wheelers starter Warren Peace was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the State College Swift Steeds , 6-1. Peace picked up the win for Anchorage, going 5.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 7-2. The win hiked the Anchorage record to 28-23.

Ricardo Lomero II dealt the Swift Steeds a blow in the bottom of the fifth. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Anchorage leading 2-1, Lomero II hit a 0-2 slider for a run-scoring single.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Peace told the Anchorage Citizen.
