Wheelers Make Swift Steeds 5-1 Losers

Zen Bobrist left his imprint on the 5-1 Anchorage win against the State College Swift Steeds . Bobrist, who is tied for 9th in the MiLPBE in hits with 67, was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs. The winning pitcher was Joshua Chambers. He's now 1-6. He went 5 innings, allowing 1 run on 4 hits for the Wheelers. This win makes it 6 in a row for Anchorage.
Antonio Bubonetti provided a timely hit. The Anchorage center fielder delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the sixth inning to put the Wheelers on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
