Flamingos Suffer 7-2 Setback
|
No one was more impactful than David Lavenski in the 7-2 Kansas City win over Florida. Lavenski, who is tied for 10th in the MiLPBE in triples with 1, went 2-3 with a double and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. Kansas City pitcher Juan Legacypoint got the win, upping his record to 4-0. Barry Balls got the loss. Yes, it was a win for Kansas City; but their 18-34 record is still nothing to boast about.
Early in the game, Lavenski had a 2-run double for Kansas City. It was his 8th double of the season and put the Hepcats on top, 2-0.
"Nice to tuck this win away," said Lavenski.
