Taylor Rips Chicago for 5 Hits
It was a sensational day at the plate for State College Swift Steeds first baseman Brian Taylor, but a tough one for the team, as the Swift Steeds dropped the contest, 20-10, to the Chicago Kingpins.

Even with the loss, Taylor was pure misery for the Chicago pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked after going 5-for-6 in an explosive display of hitting.

"It's always good to get a bunch of hits in a game, but you also want to win," said Taylor, who is the 21-year old first baseman .

"Taylor really hit the ball hard and when you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage," Kingpins manager told BNN reporters after the game. "I feel like we threw him some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball."

Brian Taylor singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.

Currently Taylor is batting .312 with 4 home runs and 32 RBIs.
