Ranas Win, 8-7, Versus California

The Puerto Rico Ranas, with some walk-off drama, delighted their fans at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium.
Mikey Thomas [BOT] left his imprint on the 8-7 Puerto Rico win against the California Firehawks. Thomas [BOT], who is tied for 4th in the MiLPBE in triples with 2, was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The last-place Ranas own a record of 12-40.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Thomas [BOT] hit a fastball from Chadison Bumgardener for a run-scoring single. The Ranas, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
