Lemurs Top Ranas, 4-3, Behind Erikkson
|
Louisville beat Puerto Rico on the strength of starter Olli Erikkson's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. Louisville bumps their record to 25-27 with the win.
The Lemurs liked what they saw from Erikkson. The 20-year old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Ranas to no runs on 2 hits over 7 innings, and striking out 7.
"Winning the game is always the first objective," Erikkson said.
