Armadillos Nip Lemurs, 3-2
|
Amarillo Armadillos starter Ray Kwaza pitched his team past the Louisville Lemurs, 3-2. The win for the Armadillos lifted their record to 28-25.
Amarillo got a knockout punch from Kevin McMan. The designated hitter hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
"The crowd was boisterous tonight," said McMan.
