5-Hit Blitz by Puerto Rico's Vakarian
|
It was a parade of hits for Sheppard Vakarian of the Puerto Rico Ranas at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons.
Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Vakarian finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Ranas to a win, 6-3.
"Vakarian was really good and we were really bad," groaned Firehawks manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
