The State College Swift Steeds had to overcome a fine effort from Kansas City pitcher Sir Devoir to win, 3-2, at Taylor Swift is Hard Mid Eras Tour 2.0. Devoir went 6.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. Valente Martinez snagged the win in relief. He goes to 5-2 on the season. Poe Poe suffered the loss. The win puts State College at 33-25 this season.

Had Enrique von Muy Caliente not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, von Muy Caliente hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 3-2, in favor of the Swift Steeds .
