With Late Score, Wheelers Beat Firehawks
The Anchorage Wheelers topped the California Firehawks, 5-4, in Minor League PBE action at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. The standout performance belonged to Anchorage pitcher and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, native Jay More. Wham A Geddon picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 1-4. Cheii Armbanduhr suffered the loss. Anchorage now sports a record of 24-34.

The Wheelers got a clutch hit from right fielder Chris Cash Jr.. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Wheelers.

Cash Jr. described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
