Anchorage Wheelers starter Pickle Riedemann hurled his team past the Brew City Bears, 7-2. Ollie Damra recorded the save, his 5th.

Anchorage used the hitting of Dean Ice to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Wheelers on top, 4-1. For the game, Ice had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"This game will punch you right in the mouth," said Riedemann. "My job is to show up and give my team a chance."

The Wheelers now have a record of 29-30 with the win over Brew City.
