Kingpins Absorb 6-4 Loss at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the California Firehawks and Chicago Kingpins.

The California Firehawks topped the Chicago Kingpins, 6-4, in Minor League PBE action at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons. The standout performance belonged to California pitcher and The United States, native Massive Unit. California reliever Ichiban Kasuga got the win, raising his record to 3-4. Marcus DaWorm was tagged with the loss.

Had Ivagotta Dumper not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Dumper hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Firehawks.

Dumper told a California Today reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.

California is now 29-31, Chicago 31-29.
