The State College Swift Steeds bested the Puerto Rico Ranas, 10-3, at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium. D.W. Dogmaple was one of the standouts. He went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. The win gives State College a season record of 35-26.

Dogmaple had a key at-bat for State College early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 20th home run of the season and gave State College an early 2-0 lead.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Dogmaple told the State College Citizen.
