Firehawks Drop Wheelers, 8-4

California Firehawks left-hander Talk O'Bell pitched a good game against the Anchorage Wheelers at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons, leading his team to victory, 8-4. The Firehawks have an impressive 40-22 record.
Salvatore Bonpensiero dealt the Wheelers a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with the bases loaded and California leading 1-0, Bonpensiero, who is tied for 2nd in the MiLPBE with a .986 OPS, hit a full count cutter for a grand slam home run.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Bonpensiero said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
