The Tap House was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Brew City Bears and Amarillo Armadillos.

Despite a fine performance by catcher Brian Payne, the Amarillo Armadillos lost to the Brew City Bears, 4-3. Payne hit 2 home runs. Brew City reliever Erik Mander got the win, raising his record to 4-1. Chatty Johnson was tagged with the loss.

Thicker Thick McThicc took Aaron Ritter deep in the bottom of the seventh. His 2-run home run put the Bears on top, 3-2. In all, McThicc had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said McThicc.

With the win, Brew City raised its record to 35-29.
