Armadillos Come Back Late to Top Lemurs, 7-6
The home team gave the crowd some walk-off drama.

Behind a fine performance from Tony Delvecchio, the Amarillo Armadillos knocked off the Louisville Lemurs, 7-6. Delvecchio was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Armadillos. The West Division-leading Armadillos have a record of 39-27.

The decisive blow was delivered by Ben Martin in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 21-year old left-handed pitcher Glenn Snaps to win the game for Amarillo. The home crowd went nuts.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Armadillos manager . "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
