The Anchorage Wheelers topped the Puerto Rico Ranas, 3-0, in Minor League PBE action at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Anchorage pitcher and Anchorage, Alaska, native Richard Dick. Joe Random converted his 9th save in 10 tries. The victory gives the Wheelers a record of 45-23.

Cassius Considerations, the 20-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Considerations contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the second inning to put Anchorage up, 1-0.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Considerations told the Anchorage Observer.
