Ranas Rally For Late Win Over Firehawks
The Puerto Rico Ranas did just enough to sneak past the California Firehawks, 6-5, at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium. Puerto Rico shortstop Scoops Cunningham, in particular, had a standout performance. Puerto Rico pitcher Dr. LBG got the win, upping his record to 1-4. Girk Bigglet got the loss. The Ranas sport a record of 24-44.

Pcott Soe was the walk-off hero for Puerto Rico. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Ranas first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Puerto Rico manager .
