The performance of Ottoman Timothy proved critical in helping Chicago beat Anchorage, 5-2. The Kingpins center fielder went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Aventurine got the save, the 4th for him this season. With the victory, the Kingpins upped their record to 42-27.

Had Dave Babipperson not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Babipperson hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 3-2, in favor of the Kingpins.
