Swift Steeds Improve to 38-33 with 11-6 Win
Behind a solid performance from designated hitter Dalton Rose, the State College Swift Steeds defeated the Anchorage Wheelers, 11-6. Rose was 2-4 with 2 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Swift Steeds . The win gives State College a season record of 38-33.

Faye Tafo-Felia had a big 2-run double for the Swift Steeds in the bottom of the first inning. With State College leading 2-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Ollie Damra, who is tied for 6th in the MiLPBE in innings pitched with 112.2, and swatted a double to right. It was his 11th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Swift Steeds ahead, 4-0.
