Anchorage starter Pass had a strong outing against the State College Swift Steeds at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-3 win. Remy Lebeau picked up the save for Anchorage, his 8th of the year. The first-place Wheelers have won 5 straight games.

With no one out in the bottom of the sixth, Peter Dawson III hit a go-ahead 2-run home run. It was his 22nd home run of the season and with it the Wheelers took a 4-2 lead.

"I just tried to make good contact," said Dawson III.
