Buffalo Surge starter Rotgut Whiskey was in fine form against the New York Voyagers at The Power House, leading his team to a win, 2-1. Buffalo pitcher Minerva Madson got the win, upping his record to 2-1. Joey Moose Jr. got the loss. Early on, the Surge, at 10-3, have excelled.

Itsumi Meo was the walk-off hero for Buffalo. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Surge right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Buffalo skipper .
