Swift Steeds Earn Late 8-7 Win
The State College Swift Steeds downed the Florida Flamingos, 8-7. The hitting star was first baseman Cai Brummer. Brummer went 3-5 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for the Swift Steeds . The win went to Froggy Dubois in relief, making him now 2-3. Lilyin Blue took the loss for Florida. The third-place Swift Steeds lifted their record to 32-42.

Adam Confused was the walk-off hero for State College. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Swift Steeds designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Brummer said, postgame.
