Supernovas End Myth's Streak Friday, June 17th , 2050 Lady Luck was not on the side of Andrew Myth or his teammates today at Sarasota Superdome. Everything went the way of the Sarasota Supernovas, who not only came away with the 6-5 victory over Cancun, but also held Myth hitless in 5 at-bats to put an end to his 24-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Myth said afterward. "It would be much easier to take right now if we had won." For the year Myth has hit .268 with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs and scored 40 runs. |
