Stars Mathematically Out of Playoffs Thursday, August 11th , 2072 Kenny DeNunez said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Nashville Stars after they missed the Pro Baseball Experience playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. Before this season, the Stars had made the playoffs 10 times in a row. In the 44 years they have been a Pro Baseball Experience franchise, they have missed the playoffs 20 times. Nashville has won the World Series 2 times in their history. |
