Postseason Bid Ends for Outer Banks Wednesday, September 7th , 2072 Those hoping to see the Outer Banks Aviators in the playoffs this year will be disappointed. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. Outer Banks last appeared in the postseason in 2070. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 33 times in their 56 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Aviators have missed the playoffs 3 times. Outer Banks has won the World Series 5 times in their history. |
