Jones Wins Award for Legends Dominance Saturday, October 22nd , 2072 The manager of the New York Voyagers said he always had confidence handing the ball to Ransom Jones out of the bullpen. The 30-year-old was a dominant performer all year for New York and his efforts have been rewarded with the Legends Conference Reliever of the Year Award for 2072. The bullpen ace had an impressive 1.75 ERA this season, with 16 saves in 56 relief appearances. He fanned 133 batters in 87.1 innings and sported a record of 5 wins and 5 losses. Alejandro Abasi of the Vancouver Vandals finished second in voting, while J.Y. Park of the Toronto Pathfinders finished third. |
