Outer Banks's Holliday Gets Legends Rookie of the Year Award Saturday, October 22nd , 2072 Doc Holliday of the Outer Banks Aviators had a fine season in 2072. Not only was it a good year for him, but he also snagged the Legends Conference Rookie of the Year Award -- not an easy feat for a bullpen specialist. He came into the game 44 times and got 8 saves. Holliday threw 68.2 innings, fanned 78 and walked 30. The relief ace finished the season with a 2.10 ERA and a 5-2 won-lost mark. Crabtin Crunch of the Providence Crabs finished second in voting, while Seymour Baltz of the Providence Crabs finished third. |
