Top Champions Reliever Honored Saturday, October 22nd , 2072 2072 was a year to remember for Bandit Keith. The Death Valley Scorpions reliever was the owner of a 1.36 ERA this season over 79.1 innings of work. He made 48 relief appearances and had 8 saves, 125 strikeouts, 21 walks and a record of 4 wins and no losses. He's also now got some hardware, as the 27-year-old has been named the Champions Conference Reliever of the Year Award winner. "It's something I can tell my grandchildren some day, pretty special," he said. Ray Xavier of the Death Valley Scorpions finished second in voting, while Center Fielder of the Cancun Toros finished third. |
