Legends Best Newcomer Trophy Awarded Thursday, September 1st , 2061 It was a dream month for Artemis Aria of the Vancouver Vandals. August was pure bliss for this newcomer and it was capped off today when the Legends Conference awarded him the Rookie of the Month. He etched a 3-1 record last month in 6 starts, fanned 25 and walked 8 in 34 innings. He compiled a 4.24 ERA and held other clubs to a .295 average. Aria has posted a 6-9 record for the year with a 5.00 ERA. Teams are hitting .319 against him and he has rung up 103 strikeouts in 120.2 innings. |
