Rougarous End Ohi Kau Streak Sunday, June 11th , 2073 Feka Ohi Kau, third baseman for the Cancun Toros, gave it a good try, but his time chasing history came to an end when he went hitless in 3 tries against the New Orleans Rougarous. Not only did the Rougarous break his 24-game hitting streak, they also beat Cancun by the score of 2-1. "Now that the streak has ended, I can admit I'll breathe a bit easier the next time I step up to bat," Ohi Kau said, speaking with the media after the game. "It was tough because I put a little pressure on myself. Now that it's over, I will definitely be a little bit looser at the plate." Currently Ohi Kau is batting .300 with 10 home runs and 28 RBIs. |
