Champions Awards Best Batter Prize to Smalls Monday, June 12th , 2073 When it came to hitting the baseball, Smalls was in a class by himself in the Champions Conference this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding left fielder for Death Valley tagged opposing pitchers for a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 20 at-bats, 1 homers, 1 runs scored and 3 RBIs. This year, Smalls has hit 7 home runs and posted a .283 batting average. |
