Becker Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Thursday, May 19th , 2067 The hot bat of Sea Serpents designated hitter Dustin Becker continues to churn out hit after hit, game after game. His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 20 games after he went 1-for-5 in today's 5-3 loss to the Scorpions at The Aquadome. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Dustin Becker flied out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, grounded out in the 8th and singled in the 10th. This season Becker is batting .351 with 33 hits, 4 home runs, 12 RBIs, .384 OBP and has scored 13 runs. |
