Crabs Halt O'Tage's Hit Streak Thursday, May 26th , 2067 The 23-game hitting streak is over. New York Voyagers catcher Sebastian O'Tage failed to get a hit today against the Providence Crabs and had his consecutive-game hitting streak broken. The 27-year-old went 0-for-4 in his club's 6-5 victory over the Crabs at Vaughn's House. "I think I only made it to 23 games because I got lucky once or twice," he said. "So I guess I can't complain too much that I got unlucky and broke the streak." So far this season O'Tage has put up a .390 batting average with 46 hits, 8 home runs and 37 RBIs. |
