Champions Trophy Goes to Becker of Seattle
Monday, July 16th , 2068
26-year-old Dustin Becker sent shock waves through Pro Baseball Experience last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Champions Conference Player of the Week Award.
A newcomer to the league, Becker made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .500 average, 9 hits in 18 at-bats, 2 home runs and 5 RBI.
Where the Seattle Sea Serpents designated hitter goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Becker certainly made his mark last week.
This season Becker is batting .335 with 9 home runs. His totals include 41 RBIs and 46 runs scored.
