Scorpions Starter Wins Champions Pitching Award Wednesday, August 1st , 2068 When Billy TheKid takes the hill, he usually takes command of the game -- at least that's the way it was in July. The outcome was usually a Death Valley victory. His fine 4-0 performance earned him the Champions Conference Pitcher of the Month trophy. The talented Scorpions hurler made 5 starts, worked 31.1 innings, permitted 13 base hits, and struck out 30 while putting up a 1.15 ERA. So far this season TheKid has a 8-4 record with a 2.80 ERA. |
