Voyagers Win Legends Conference East Crown Friday, September 1st , 2073 Let loose, New York fans, your team has won the Legends Conference East. The New York Voyagers have officially captured the crown, the 20th in franchise history. "We've got a team that can do it all and we think do it just as well as anyone in the league," said first baseman Moe Scatoes. "I hope no one is taking us lightly once the playoffs start." Certainly the team's division crown will garner them a fair bit of respect, as the 66-31 record puts the club in position for the franchise's 8th Pro Baseball Experience championship. "You never get tired of being in the playoffs," said the team's manager. "This is what you play for." |
